Learn how to make modern sushi, including the proper preparation of the rice, finding and purchasing ingredients, combining flavours, and developing your own combinations. Attendees will learn how to make cucumber and avocado maki, cucumber rolls, and dynamite rolls. Discover how modern sushi emerged from Japan's centuries-long culinary history and how the ingredients were integral parts of Japan's development.
