The Internationale Kochkunst Ausstellung (IKA) Culinary Olympics is the largest international culinary exhibition in the world. Dating back to the year 1900, the Culinary Olympics has been and continues to be the epicenter of culinary arts. With 54 nations and 1600 chefs converging, our NAIT Culinary Team has the immense honor of competing in the largest culinary arts competition in the world and we want to share our work!

Our NAIT Culinary Team has created a menu from our roots with both costing and nutritional information calculated. The menu consists of finger foods, salads, three main courses and dessert and with some simple adaption, these items are suitable for large scale cafeteria production while complementing high school CKA, BKA and FOD curriculum.

Join us for a one of a kind interactive cooking demonstration!
