REGISTRATION STAGE: From February 1–14, you will be able to preregister and add sessions to your personal schedule, but you will be limited to registering or adding only one session per time block. If sessions below appear greyed out, it means you have already added one session during that time block to your schedule. Deselect it to add a different session to your schedule.

Belly Laugh While You Belly Dance

Bring your "bestie" and come out to dance your worries away. Hip scarves will be provided for the first 40 people in attendance. Belly dancing is unique in that no dance experience is necessary, so come out and give it a try! Belly dancing is a wonderful activity to improve physical strength, flexibility and joint mobility. It is also a wonderful social activity and stress reliever. This session is designed as a wellness activity for staff, however, belly dancing is an activity that can also be introduced to students in the classroom. You do not need to change into athletic wear for this class. Come as you are and shimmy as much as you want.
