Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Feedback form is now closed.
Teaching about a culture that you’re not familiar with can be tricky and intimidating. This session aims to help teachers who find themselves teaching about Ukrainians by sharing some historical and cultural knowledge. You’ll learn some basics of Ukrainian culture, the history of Ukrainians in Canada, and even a few words and phrases that you can use to bring the Ukrainian language to your classroom. We’ll also share some resources in the community that may help in your lesson planning and research.
