This session will be half day at Sorrentino's Restaurant - 10665 109 Street Edmonton, AB. This session is for Foods teachers only. A chef will instruct cooking techniques for approximately 3-4 hrs as the meal is prepared. Tomato Bisque with Cardamom and Star Anise Mini Quiche Lorraine - Cream & Bacon Quiche Chicken Breast with Caramelized Apples and Roasted Yellow Squash Please arrive 10 minutes early and just bring your appetite.
