Post-Convention Event Survey
We are two teachers who have been gamifying our classrooms to increase student engagement, and it has forever changed the way that we teach. We have modeled our teaching styles after the popular video games and movies that many of the kids are playing and viewing these days. Students roleplay various characters, develop on skills tree, fight monsters, and complete challenging missions. The results have been tremendous. Student engagement, and learning is off the charts. We hope to share with you some of our experiences, and send you with strategies that you will be able to try immediately on Monday. You do not have to be a gamer to utilize these methods. You just have to be a passionate educator.
