Come take in an energizing and uplifting yoga practice so that you can blissfully carry on with your day! This will be an energizing flow style yoga practice followed by relaxing restorative yoga postures and meditation to finish the class so that you can leave feeling grounded and centered. All are welcome!
**Please bring your own yoga mat**
