It starts with you. It starts today. Join the beKIND Mindfulness Movement. As a former K-12 school teacher students as young as 7 years old were telling me they were stressed & anxious, I watched many of my colleagues take a leave of absence because they were burnt out, I witnessed kids being bullied both verbally & physically, students were having problems concentrating, staying focused & at times going blank before an exam & many students were struggling trying to deal with their emotions.This fueled me to start the beKIND Mindfulness Movement & create TIME OUT Mindfulness Kits & Mindfulness Trainings for teachers, parents & students as well beKIND School Assemblies and MINDFITNESS Triathlons. The beKIND Mindfulness Movement has spread across North America with over 2000 taking TIME OUT Mindfulness Trainings & over 17 000 kids, teens & adults taking the beKIND Mindfulness Challenge.
