How you respond to stressful situations, be it in the classroom or in life, comes down to habits. You'll likely respond the same way, think the same way, process the same way - habit. Let's break down how habits work, how to break bad ones, build successful ones, and as a result stress less in your everyday life. We'll also talk about what your particular stress triggers are, and what are the most conducive methods to handling your stress.
