Katz Dawson is currently a foods teacher at Lillian Osborne High School. Having previously worked in the culinary world, Katz decided to pursue his passion for teaching and received a B.Ed in Career and Technology studies at the University of Alberta. He has a great love of learning and teaching cooking from around the world, and integrates history and socio-political and economic teachings into his cooking lessons.
