Graduated from the U of A in 1999 with a B. ED and completed my Masters in Special Education from UBC in 2013, specializing in blindness and visual impairment. Since 2000 I have taught elementary, Junior High, and facilitated high school courses online. I have held teacher leadership positions such as technology teacher, assistive technology, learning coach, and vision consultant. I worked with many school districts in northern Alberta including Black Gold Regional Schools, Parkland School Division and Edmonton Public Schools. Since 2015 I have been a vision consultant with various RCSDs.
